The Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory’s suspension is hydraulically adjusted in real time based on the road conditions and riding style. Everything is managed through the a-PRC suite with ADC (Aprilia Damping Control), which operates in both active and manual modes, seamlessly integrating with the Riding Modes and Corner By Corner system.

Its 65° V4 engine delivers 180 hp and is paired to perfection with the twin-spar aluminium frame and Brembo braking system, responding to every command with surgical precision. The Tuono V4 Factory offers a riding experience that is simply without equal, courtesy of the advanced a-PRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control) electronics package. While its standard contents are extremely comprehensive, it can also be configured with additional features for an unbelievable level of control and customisation. The Tuono V4 Factory is fitted with a modern, user-friendly 5” TFT dashboard with optical bonding, along with backlit handlebar commands for perfect visibility day and night.

Advanced electronics

The electronics of the Tuono V4 Factory reach an extraordinary level of sophistication with a-PRC included as standard, six-axis IMU and a Ride-by-Wire electronic throttle. The three riding modes adjust Cornering ABS on three levels and manage all rider assistance systems, including adjustable Traction Control, Wheelie Control, three Aprilia Engine Map settings and Engine Brake calibration on three levels. The Track Pack comes standard, enabling track-focused features such as Launch Control for lightning-fast starts, Pit Limiter to regulate speed and Dashboard Race mode with an optimised display. Among the available accessories, the Race Pack includes the GPS Module for electronic Corner By Corner adjustments, while the Suspension Pack, with its Corner By Corner function, allows sector-by-sector management of the Ohlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension settings.

Lighting and technology

The Tuono V4 Factory brings cutting-edge technology and adrenaline to the party with a 5" full-colour TFT display featuring optical bonding. Always clear and responsive, it ensures perfect visibility of control parameters at any speed. The onboard system is compatible with Aprilia MIA (available as an optional extra), which lets you manage calls, music and navigation without distractions, via backlit handlebar controls. The LED lighting package enhances both visibility and the bike’s sport-oriented character with the front cluster, featuring perimeter DRLs, emphasising its aggressive look. The rear light is integrated into the licence plate holder which can easily be removed for track use and highlights the bike’s sleek, pared-back design.

Aerodynamics

The aerodynamics of the Tuono V4 Factory have been developed to ensure exceptional stability, even at high speeds. The double overlapping wing, fine-tuned through wind tunnel testing, increases vertical downforce, improving grip and reducing front-end lift. Its winglet layout, derived from MotoGP experience, delivers unprecedented cornering precision. The compact half-fairing, fixed to the frame, provides protection without compromising agility. The integration of the rear lights into the licence plate holder optimises forms and airflow, with grooves and under-tail surfaces that evoke the gills of a manta ray.

V4 engine

The beating heart of the Tuono is its 65° V 1099 cc engine, which conforms with Euro 5+ standards. The use of 52-mm throttle bodies makes it capable of max power of 180 hp at 11800 rpm and peak torque of 121 Nm at 9650 rpm, delivering the performance of a true supersport bike.

Ohlins semi-active suspension

The premium Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension package includes an adjustable inverted titanium nitride-coated fork and 120 mm of travel, a mono shock absorber with 130 mm of travel and a steering damper. The Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory’s suspension adjusts hydraulic calibration in real time based on riding conditions and style. Everything is managed through the a-PRC suite with ADC (Aprilia Damping Control), which can be set to active or manual mode, seamlessly integrating with the Riding Modes and the Corner By Corner accessory. The ADC system activation is available via an in-app purchase of the Suspension Pack.

Optimised ergonomics

The ergonomics of the Tuono V4 Factory are designed for the perfect balance between performance and enjoyment, even during extreme track riding. The sculpted fuel tank enhances control and riding feel, while meticulous aerodynamic work has gone into diverting airflow away from the rider at high speeds. Dedicated fans extract hot air from the engine to reduce heat exposure for the rider. You can also customise your seating position to reflect your riding style, with a range of accessories such as adjustable levers and footpegs, as well as a kit for reversing the gear shift lever.

Factory livery

The Dark Kraken livery of the Tuono V4 Factory is a warning to those who dare approach. Its mix of matte and glossy finishes enhances the bike’s technical and aerodynamic elements, creating a menacing appearance.
