The Aprilia RSV4 Factory channels MotoGP expertise from the Racing Department to deliver an unprecedented riding experience. Its aerodynamics, perfected in the wind tunnel, feature integrated winglets and aero surfaces on the fairing, under the windscreen and on the tail section. These elements increase downforce, enhance grip and ensure precise, controlled cornering in every lean. The iconic twin-spar aluminium frame, renowned for its lightweight and rigidity, works in harmony with the MotoGP-derived inverted-brace swingarm to provide total control. The Factory version further elevates performance with Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension and a Brembo braking system with Hypure callipers.

The peerless Factory version

At the heart of the RSV4 Factory is the extraordinary 65° four-cylinder narrow V engine that has redefined standards in its class. Delivering 220 hp at 13000 rpm and 127 Nm of torque at 10800 rpm, it sees the RSV4 crowned as the most powerful street-legal superbike in the world. The Euro 5+ compliant engine features 52-mm throttle bodies and a redesigned exhaust system, which makes it easy to install an optional slip-on exhaust from the Aprilia accessories range.

Pure connectivity

A 5” colour TFT display provides RSV4 Factory riders with all essential information in a clear and intuitive layout. The handlebar controls are backlit, while the full-LED headlight with DRLs create the RSV4’s distinctive signature. The rear light is integrated into the licence plate holder, which can be quickly removed for track use. Aprilia MIA, included as standard on the RSV4 Factory, connects the bike to your smartphone, not only allowing seamless management of notifications, calls, music and navigation but also enhancing the full capabilities of the advanced a-PRC electronics suite.

Cutting-edge electronics

The RSV4 Factory comes equipped with the most advanced a-PRC package in the RSV4 lineup. This includes six-axis IMU and a Ride-by-Wire throttle as standard. The three riding modes adjust Cornering ABS across three levels and fine-tune all rider assistance systems, including adjustable Traction Control, Wheelie Control, three Aprilia Engine Maps and a three-level adjustable Engine Brake.

For track enthusiasts, the Track Pack elevates performance with Launch Control for lightning-fast starts, a dedicated Race Dashboard graphic and enhanced speed management via the Pit Limiter. Last but not least, the Race Pack, featuring the GPS Module, works alongside the Suspension Pack to fine-tune the Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension and dynamically adjust vehicle parameters sector by sector using the exclusive Corner By Corner function.

Racing aerodynamics

The RSV4 Factory embodies the pinnacle of aerodynamic research, delivering uncompromising stability and control. Its bodywork has been meticulously designed to optimise airflow, while the MotoGP-derived dual-layer winglets under the windscreen generate vertical downforce, for enhanced grip. The winglet layout ensures unmatched cornering precision, while the nolder on the upper fairing prevents airflow from entering between the fuel tank and the rider’s legs, improving comfort in all conditions.

Ohlins semi-active suspension

Maximum precision is achieved with the premium Ohlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension package, which is fully adjustable. It includes an inverted fork with TiN coating and 125-mm wheel travel, a rear monoshock with 115-mm wheel travel and a steering damper. Every setting can be fine-tuned via the Suspension Pack, which utilises ADC (Aprilia Damping Control) to customise compression, rebound, braking support, acceleration response and cornering stability – either manually or in active mode. The ADC system integrates in synch with the riding modes and Corner By Corner function via the Aprilia MIA multimedia platform (which comes as standard), ensuring a perfect setup in any situation.

The adrenaline-fueled ride of the RSV4 Factory is powered by the legendary 65° V4 engine, now Euro 5+ compliant, making it the most powerful street-legal superbike on the market. With a 1099-cc displacement, 52-mm throttle bodies ensure an always-responsive throttle, reaching a peak output of 220 hp at 13000 rpm and 127 Nm of torque at 10800 rpm – unprecedented in its class.

The Aprilia RSV4 Factory boasts world-class electronics, with a top-tier package packed with cutting-edge solutions from the Racing Department. In addition to its six-axis IMU, three customisable riding modes, Cornering ABS and a-PRC controls with predictive and adaptive logic, the RSV4 Factory comes fully equipped with all RSV4 accessory packs as standard. Included is the Track Pack, which features the Race Dashboard, three additional riding modes (Race, Track 1, Track 2), Launch Control, Pit Limiter and Slide Control while the Comfort Pack adds Bending Lights and Cruise Control.
